Andrea Pins

Andrea Pins, Senior Director and Head of Customer Experience, leads the vision, strategy, and execution of Silencer Central’s end-to-end customer journey. With a focus on aligning business goals to customer needs, she champions business initiatives that drive loyalty, satisfaction, and long-term value.

With more than 15 years of experience in consumer experience and communications, Andrea is a certified customer experience professional (CCXP) and has led CX transformations across industries ranging from healthcare to firearms. She is a fierce advocate for our customers and her leadership blends data, empathy, and innovation to create seamless, personalized experiences across every touchpoint. A strong believer in cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement, she works closely with Silencer Central’s IT, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to embed the voice of our customer into every business decision.

Andrea is currently focused on revolutionizing the silencer buying experience and expanding our Voice of the Customer strategy, while driving enterprise-wide CX maturity. Outside the office, Andrea serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of the Sioux Empire and volunteers with South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin, and their two children, as well as hiking, traveling, and golfing.
