Kelly Streiff, Chief Revenue Officer, brings over two decades of sales, marketing, and leadership expertise to Silencer Central, where she drives revenue growth through strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong customer relationships. Throughout her career, Kelly has led high-performing teams, implemented global sales strategies, and launched innovative products that align with industry trends and customer needs.

Before joining Silencer Central, Kelly held senior leadership roles in the outdoor and sporting goods industry, where she led sales and marketing teams, developed and executed global strategies, and strengthened key partnerships across the market. She has extensive experience managing large accounts, building comprehensive merchandising strategies, and fostering long-term vendor and customer relationships that drive sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys hunting and spending time with her husband, Ryan, their two children, Bristol and Jackson, and their three dogs.
