Maggie Jelen, Vice President of Operations, leads the strategic vision and execution of Silencer Central’s operational excellence across a wide range of critical functions. With over 20 years of experience in operations, she is dedicated to driving continuous process improvement and operational efficiency to support scalable growth and long-term success.

In her role, Maggie oversees multiple key areas including supply chain, operations, compliance, engineering, project management, and facilities management. She is deeply committed to fostering collaboration across departments to ensure that operational initiatives align seamlessly with broader business goals.  Known as a supportive and empowering leader, Maggie prioritizes building strong, motivated teams that thrive on innovation, accountability, and excellence. She invests in developing talent and nurturing a culture where every team member feels valued and equipped to contribute to the company’s success.

Holding a master's degree in management, Maggie combines her extensive operational expertise with a passion for process excellence and quality. Her leadership style is characterized by data-driven decision-making, a focus on compliance, and a continuous pursuit of innovative solutions that drive operational performance.

Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors, reading, and taking on home improvement projects. She lives with her husband, Mark, and enjoys spending family time with their three sons.
