The folks over at BANISH have decided to change the names of the company’s suppressor lines to help consumers pick the right suppressor for what they need. You may have noticed we’re making those changes on this website, too. Here is the important take away – the names may change, but the suppressors are still the same. Let’s run through the new categories.
Rimfire - RF
With there being only one rimfire can, the name change is pretty easy. The BANISH 22 becomes the BANISH RF 22 TI. It is the same capable rimfire suppressor as it always was.
Varmint – VRMT
BANISH has several capable suppressors in the varmint category, all chambered for .223 REM, 22 ARC, .22 Creedmoor, 5.56, and more.

No. That is a myth from the movies. While suppressors lower the noise to hearing-safe levels, the report of the shot is still very audible. Furthermore, they cannot reduce the "crack" noise of a bullet breaking the sound barrier
While many suppressors can be used on several different caliber firearms, we have some specific models that can make your shooting more enjoyable. Pick the caliber that you have in mind. If you don’t see your caliber, pick one close to it to see our recommendations.
