This service allows customers to see the status of their order, as well as online document control, giving the customers better access to their information.

“We’ve said right from the start that we are a customer service-centered company,” said Brandon Maddox, Silencer Central CEO. “Our new Customer Portal gives our customers access to all their information, including all of their documents. The Portal also has the functionality to allow customers to sign documents, further simplifying the silencer buying process. It was designed to enhance the customer experience, which I feel is a vital part of our business.”

The Silencer Central Customer Portal allows customers to fill out, review and sign documents. You can also see the progress on your self certification, order tracking, order history, and much more.
