Silencer Central Eases Suppressor Purchases with New Customer Information Portal
Sioux Falls, South Dakota – December 4, 2024 – Silencer Central, the largest suppressor retailer in the United States, has unveiled a new Customer Portal which gives all Silencer Central customers access to their information 24/7. This new service allows customers to see the status of their order, as well as online document control, giving the customers better access to their information.
“We’ve said right from the start that we are a customer service-centered company,” said Brandon Maddox, Silencer Central CEO. “Our new Customer Portal gives our customers access to all their information, including all of their documents. The Portal also has the functionality to allow customers to sign documents, further simplifying the silencer buying process. It was designed to enhance the customer experience, which I feel is a vital part of our business.”
The Silencer Central Customer Portal allows customers to fill out, review and sign documents, as well as see the progress on their eZ-Pay plan, order tracking, order history, and much more. New customers will be prompted to start a portal account during checkout, regardless of how they make a purchase, be it phone, internet, or at a show. Existing customers who don’t have a portal account set up can set one up from the website.
