The BANISH 30 HUB Retrofit Kit allows you to convert your BANISH 30 suppressor from a direct thread mount to the industry standard 1.375x24 HUB mounting system. This kit includes an Industry Hub Adapter and a custom installation tool. Converting your BANISH 30 to a hub mount gives you additional flexibility in how you mount your suppressor, adding additional versatility to one of the industry's most versatile silencers.
Note: If your BANISH 30’s serial number starts with B0 or B30, you will need the Spacer Compatible version. All other BANISH 30s require the standard version.
Before removing the BANISH 30 direct thread mount, soak the mount end of the suppressor in warm water for approximately 15 minutes to break down the Rocksett Muzzle Adhesive that was used to secure the mount in place.
Once soaked, use a heavy towel to wrap the suppressor and secure it in a bench mounted vice using the soft jaw adapter or aluminum jaws. WARNING: This process could damage the finish on your suppressor!
Using the 3/8” drive ratchet and the Hub Adapter tool, slide the toothed end of the tool onto the direct thread mount and rotate counterclockwise to remove the mount. Note, the mount is Rocksett in place, so it will take some force to remove.
Once the direct thread mount is removed, use more water to clean the threads on your suppressor and then dry. Next, flip the tool and insert it into the adapter so that the gear shape of the adapter is matched with the gear of the tool.
Apply a small amount of Rocksett to the threads of the adapter and thread the adapter into the suppressor. A small amount of force may be used to torque the adapter to the suppressor.
Allow the Rocksett to dry for 24hrs before using your suppressor.
