The Dead Air CT5P Patrol™ Silencer is a duty-rated suppressor engineered for law enforcement 5.56 NATO and 6 mm ARC rifles. Constructed with additive-manufactured Haynes® 282® superalloy and a patent-pending Compact Triskelion® baffle design, it delivers ultralight weight (approximately 13.7–14.9 oz depending on mount) with a compact profile and durable performance for high-round and full-auto applications. The suppressor is optimized to function with minimal bolt velocity change on both direct impingement and piston gas systems, and it is tested to meet SOCOM SURG standards for duty use.
The CT5P’s Gas Management System® significantly reduces backpressure and operator exposure to gas and toxic fumes, while its design suppresses muzzle flash and spark to near undetectable levels on barrels as short as 10.5″. It achieves sound pressure levels and tone well below OSHA 1910.95 impulse noise limits, helping protect hearing and improve communication. The suppressor has no minimum barrel length restrictions, is full-auto rated, and is available in direct thread, Xeno™, or KeyMo® mounting options with a 1.6″ diameter and a high-temp Cerakote® finish.
