The Knight’s Armament 5.56mm MCQ-1 suppressor is built for compact rifle platforms where minimizing added length is critical. With an overall length of just 4.43 inches and adding only 3.85 inches to the muzzle, the MCQ-1 keeps rifles short and maneuverable without sacrificing performance. Its lightweight 13.9-ounce design supports fast handling and balance, making it well suited for close-quarters and confined shooting environments.
The MCQ-1 is compatible with all KAC 5.56mm QDC muzzle devices and utilizes KAC’s proven mounting system for secure attachment. Proper fitment is critical, with KAC recommending a minimum gap of 0.200 inches between the handguard and index pin to ensure full lockup, and 0.325 inches for compatibility with QDC suppressor shrouds. Additional considerations may be required for certain rifle configurations to maintain proper clearance and reliable mounting performance.
