The Precision Armament TiTrex 300 Ti is an ultralight .30-caliber titanium rifle suppressor engineered to combine broad cartridge compatibility, compact dimensions and long-term serviceability.
At the heart of the TiTrex is Precision Armament’s X-CORE Exchangeable Core Technology. The system pairs a reusable serialized XBand containment housing with an exchangeable suppressor core, allowing the core to remain serviceable, repairable and upgradeable throughout the suppressor’s service life.
The TiTrex uses Precision Armament’s advanced NURBS baffle topology, developed through acoustic testing and additive manufacturing. The 3D-printed baffle architecture is engineered to efficiently manage expanding gases and deliver strong sound performance from a compact suppressor platform.
The 300 Ti utilizes a Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium core optimized for 7.62mm and .30-caliber applications. Its 5.9-inch body measures 1.65 inches in diameter and weighs just 7.2 ounces before mounting and front components are installed.
An industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB-compatible OPEN SOURCE rear interface provides broad mounting flexibility, while the 1.420x24 OPEN SOURCE front interface accepts interchangeable front caps and Precision Armament K-Brake components.
With its lightweight titanium construction, modular interfaces, exchangeable core architecture and .30-caliber versatility, the TiTrex 300 Ti is well suited for hunting, precision shooting and other rifle applications where keeping muzzle weight to a minimum is a priority.
