Silencer Central Customer Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Silencer Central Customer Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry and who are eligible to possess firearms, firearm suppressors, and ammunition under applicable laws. Void in Hawaii, California, Massachusetts, Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, District of Columbia, and where prohibited.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of BMaddox Enterprises LLC d/b/a Silencer Central (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter.
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on June 22, 2026, at 8 a.m. CST and ends on June 29, 2026, at 6 p.m. CST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To enter, complete the Silencer Central customer survey available at https://silencercentral.typeform.com/to/Z9ll1gQj during the Sweepstakes Period. Upon submitting a completed survey and providing contact information (first name, last name, and an email address or phone number), you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person/customer. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Entries must be received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winner Selection:
Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or about July 6, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification:
Potential winners will be notified via the email address or phone number provided with the survey entry. Winners must respond within forty-eight (48) hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and applicable tax forms (e.g., IRS Form 1099) as required by law.
5. PRIZES
Five (5) prizes will be awarded:
- Each winner will receive one (1) $250 digital Silencer Central gift card
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,250
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS AND RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding
- Release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims arising from participation or prize use
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
7. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you regarding the Sweepstakes and, where permitted by law, for marketing purposes (you may opt out at any time).
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Technical failures or entry errors
- Lost, late, or incomplete submissions
- Any injury or damage resulting from participation or prize use
10. GOVERNING LAW
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota and resolved in South Dakota courts.
